A paddle is an integral training equipment in Taekwondo. The benefits of using paddles in Taekwondo are numerous. They can be used to practice all types of kicks and punches. Your training partner holds the paddle while you kick it with full force. The feedback from your training partner is invaluable and it helps to stay focused and make progress.
