But for someone new to this domain, selecting an appropriate outfit, Karate uniform or Taekwondo uniform can be a daunting task. If you have enrolled for an ITF Taekwon-Do class, then you should go for an 8oz Cotton V-neck white gi which has ITF logo in front and “Taekwon-Do” print on the back. Wearing a gi with the suitable weight, while practicing martial arts increases your dedication and this results in your throwing powerful punches and blazing fast kicks. As you progress and receive higher colored belts, you can go along with 12oz, 14oz, 16oz and 18oz gi.
